How inquiries, usage counts, cookies and browser storage are handled.

1. Operator and contact
Global Benefits Hub, operated by DAEKWON PARK, handles the information described here. Use the Privacy topic on Contact for questions, access, correction or deletion requests.
2. Inquiry information
We use the topic, subject, message, optional reply email, receipt time, interface language, handling status and operator notes to review and answer inquiries or correct information. We do not request your name, phone, address, ID number or payment details. Do not include passwords, identity documents or financial details.
3. Retention and deletion
Inquiries and operator notes are kept for 90 days from receipt. Expired inquiries are removed by a daily cleanup and during inquiry submission or admin retrieval. Time-scoped anti-spam keys expire within 24 hours and are removed at the next cleanup. Aggregate daily counts without personal identifiers may be retained.
4. Connection data and usage counts
Page views and affiliate clicks are counted by date, service, language and country. Our metrics database does not store raw IPs or individual browsing histories. Inquiry abuse prevention uses a time-scoped one-way key derived from the connecting IP; the raw IP is not stored in the inquiry database. Cloudflare may process IP and request data for delivery and security.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Your chosen language is saved in the gbh_language cookie for up to one year, and comparison selections use browser session storage. Calculator amounts and conditions are not stored with inquiries or sent elsewhere. You can clear cookies/storage in browser settings; language and comparison choices may reset.
6. Service provider and international processing
We use Cloudflare, Inc. Workers, D1 and related infrastructure to operate the site and handle inquiries. Cloudflare is headquartered in the US and uses global infrastructure, so processing may occur outside your country. Inquiry contents are not passed to affiliate merchants or used for marketing mail. 7. External links and images
Affiliate destinations apply their own privacy and cookie policies. External image hosts may receive connection data when loading images. Merchants handle signup, purchase and payment data on their sites.
8. Your choices and safeguards
You can decline inquiry processing consent, in which case the form cannot be submitted. Email is optional; individual replies are unavailable without it. You may request access, correction, deletion or cessation; verification may be needed to protect others’ data. Inquiries use HTTPS and admin access is restricted by IP and key.
